If you have anarch combat, these help a lot. If you don't, it probably isn't needed in every deck. I make a fair amount of anarch decks, most also include blood doll and stuff like that. In my experience if you're doing something with anarchs---capacity counts (I wouldnt go for any vamps in the 7-8 cap range) Jack Drake despite his nice ability doesn't really impress me so i've yet to make a deck with him =) worked pretty well on the one time i played it haha!
